    If you arrive before your room is available, the the front desk will hold your bag for you.

  • Valet - $32 per vehicle, per day

    Parking can be reimbursed. See ‘Conference Expenses’ section.

  • Excursions (outside of those scheduled for the entire group) will be at your own expense. No excursions should be submitted for reimbursement from your area or the Home Office.

    Airfare, mileage, airport transfer, and parking will be expensed to the area.

    Meal expenses incurred during travel to/from conference will be expensed to your area.

  • If you have children under the age of 18, you are eligible to submit $500 per child for childcare expenses for the time you and your spouse are at conference. Please submit these through Paycom. Download the allowance form here.

    You will be reimbursed on the paycheck following conference. There will be a receipt form available on the conference website under the FAQ page that you can download to use as a receipt on Paycom.
